Is it possible to integrate custom translator with MS word?

Question

I have trained the translation model on Microsoft custom translator workspace using around 30k sentences(En-Fr). For now, there seems to be only one way to be able to translate documents using the Microsoft Document Translator application where we provide the API key along with the category ID for the custom model. If I plan on creating a web-application to do the same I am not sure how the API would work for the entire document. I was wondering if there is any way to do the same with MS word or is there a separate API for carrying out document translation itself.
